Experienced counsel on real estate transactions

Chuck Delorey focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use and development. He has experience handling real estate matters of varying size and complexity, including multistate transactions and large portfolios of properties.

Chuck works closely with clients throughout all stages of a transaction - from initial due diligence and negotiation through closing and post-acquisition development. He regularly drafts and negotiates key documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements and construction contracts.

Chuck also advises clients on select corporate and commercial matters, including entity formation, commercial contracting and overall transaction planning.
