Chal Little represents a variety of business entities and their owners, including private equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as other privately held businesses, employee-owned businesses and individuals. His advice primarily centers on:

- Employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs)
- Choice of entity, entity formation and governance matters
- General corporate matters
Chal guides clients through transactions as small as $300,000 and as large as $850 million. His clients include businesses in the following industries: manufacturing, financial services, investment, real estate, information technology, healthcare, dental care, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, staffing, automotive, roofing, food products, packaging and sales training. In addition to his business law background, Chal has experience advising privately held business (including dozens of S corporations) in tax, real estate and regulatory healthcare matters.
