Christine V. Nitoff is an associate in Dykema's Los Angeles office. She is an experienced litigator who represents a diverse set of companies across multiple industries.
Ms. Nitoff represents automotive manufacturers in a variety of disputes ranging from catastrophic product liability claims to dealer disputes. She also represents financial institutions in cases brought by consumers under various state and federal laws. She has extensive experience representing product manufacturers, retailers, and suppliers and the owners and operators of refineries and manufacturing plants in state and federal court.
Her prior experience includes representing California hospitals against insurance companies, ERISA plans, and government payors in healthcare coverage disputes.
She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for 2018-2019.
