Christian focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. He represents public and private companies and private equity firms in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. He also advises clients on compliance, corporate governance, securities laws, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Christian practiced in the Palo Alto, CA office of a large international law firm.
