Christian Dumoulin is a partner in the firm's Business Law group. He was the managing partner of the Sherbrooke office from 2015 to 2023, and a member of the firm's Board of Directors from 2015 to 2017, and again in 2024.

He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, and commercial and real estate law. He takes on the role of business and strategic advisor for a very diverse client base of all sizes. Christian is a pragmatic lawyer who can provide creative solutions tailored to his clients' situation. He stands out for his thoroughness, sense of practicality, business intelligence and ability to reconcile his clients' business realities with the legal and transactional framework in which they operate.
His experience and expertise in business law are frequently called upon for commercial transactions, including corporate reorganizations, sales, mergers and acquisitions, financing, all types of planning, shareholder dispute resolution and tough negotiations.
His experience has enabled him to represent clients in developing infrastructure projects, including the negotiation and drafting of agreements to create public-private partnerships in connection with such projects, specifically in the transportation, renewable energy and wireless communication industries, for over fifteen years.
His commercial real estate practice includes the development, leasing, sale and purchase of commercial properties. He is regularly consulted for commercial real estate matters.
Mr. Dumoulin has led and handled many large-scale mandates and successfully concluded major business transactions involving companies of all sizes from a wide variety of industries. He has been able to assist his clients and adapt to their situation at every stage of their development, in Canada and internationally.
