She is a key member of the firm's labour and employment practice and advises companies on various issues relating to employment contractual disputes, review of contract of employments, and general advisory on management of employees.

She manages the secretarial affairs of companies and regularly advises companies on relevant corporate governance structures i.e. the Board structure, statutory meetings, advises on compliance obligations and legal implications, legal structures for investment deals, performing post-investment compliance & governance oversight for companies.

She is also part of the team working with the United Nations in reviewing over 500 local laws relating to trade in Nigeria with a view to implementing new legislation in light of the AfCFTA.
