Charlotte is a fourth seat Trainee Solicitor having commenced her training contract with the firm in September 2023. Charlotte is currently in the Employment Team at Shoosmiths' Solent office.

Charlotte completed her first seat in the Employment Team where she assisted both the local and national Employment team on a wide range of employment law matters. Charlotte then completed her second seat in the Real Estate Team where she obtained experience dealing with a broad range of commercial real estate matters. For her third seat, Charlotte was sat in the Corporate Team where she gained knowledge and provided support across a variety of transactions including: acquisitions, management buyouts and re-organisations.

Charlotte completed her degree in Law LLB achieving a First Class Honours from University of Reading. Charlotte has also completed her LPC LLM achieving a distinction level classification. Throughout her training contract she will complete the Professional Skills Course.
