Significant Accomplishments

She primarily practises in civil litigation, including civil and hospital liability. In her practice, she primarily supports our partners and experienced associates handling cases related to health and social services law, class actions, and civil litigation.

Before joining the firm, Charlaine developed her legal knowledge and skills by working within the public sector at the Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail, in addition to holding positions at private law firms in various areas of practice in the Sherbrooke region.

Ms. Cowan completed her Bachelor of Law at the Université de Sherbrooke. She is also completing a Graduate Diploma (DESS) in Common Law and Transnational Law at the Université de Sherbrooke.
