César Sainz Garrido-Falla is a senior associate in the Tax practice area of Garrigues.

He provides tax advisory services on an ongoing basis to companies and multinational groups in a broad range of sectors. He has been particularly active in advising companies operating in the consumer goods, energy, advertising and sports industries, having built up considerable experience in the tax issues commonly arising in these sectors.

He is also experienced in the provision of tax advisory services in relation to corporate restructuring processes and corporate acquisition transactions.

César Sainz Garrido-Falla is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and of the Madrid Association of Economists.
