Cayla McNeil focuses on general corporate law with an emphasis on commercial finance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Cayla has experience with:

Before joining Quarles, Cayla was a legal intern at a global athletic footwear and apparel corporation. While there, she analyzed and revised professional sports teams' sponsorship agreements. She also served as a legal intern for a global kitchen and bath corporation drafting and analyzing commercial contracts.
