Catriona Elisabeth Vågen McIntyre is an experienced lawyer specialising in employment law. She assists both Norwegian and international companies with employment law advice and dispute resolution.

Over the years, Catriona has supported managers, HR personnel, and lawyers in legal departments with all aspects of employment law in both the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience in advising and resolving disputes in these matters, and adopts a strategic approach to case management.

Catriona also has significant experience in the courtroom, both in her role as a lawyer and as a former deputy judge at Jæren District Court. She is well-versed in negotiations, extrajudicial dispute resolution, court mediation, and acting as legal counsel in court cases.
