Catherine Bowe is a seasoned corporate attorney with both in-house and big firm experience. Catherine has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring complex acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, equity and debt financing and investment funds, including fund formation, marketing materials, investor side letters and regulatory matters.
