Caroline S derberg's primary focus is real estate, mergers & acquisitions and private equity. Caroline has extensive experience representing both sellers and buyers in mergers & acquisitions in various sections. Her experience in real estate comprises everything from sales of single properties to more complex transactions with large property holdings. In addition, she regularly assists companies with corporate advice and in negotiations of commercial agreements.
