Carolina Barrueca is a Senior Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts and Capital Markets practices.

She has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of companies and assets as well as in restructuring transactions and corporate governance matters, assisting national and international clients in such context.

Carolina has actively participated in several transactions of issue and offering of securities, both equity and debt.
