Profile
Carmen Zaragoza Sabaté is a senior associate in the Arbitration and Litigation Department of Garrigues, the firm in which she has pursued her professional career.
She specializes in defending clients in civil and commercial disputes: obligations and contracts, non-contractual liability, corporate law (challenging corporate resolutions and liability of directors), lawsuits regarding financial products, foreclosure proceedings, judicial and non-judicial instruments, appeals, etc.
Carmen also regularly acts in proceedings before jurisdictional bodies.
She has taught on the Master's Degree for access to the legal profession at Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Seville and on the Master's Degree in Corporate Legal Advice at Universidad Loyola in Seville.
She has been a member of the Seville Bar Association since 2011.
