My practice focuses on helping public, private, and family-owned businesses with their business and ?corporate needs, ranging from corporate governance, board and executive management, ?mergers, acquisitions, and other transitions to securities law compliance, corporate finance, ?manufacturing supply chain transactions, and other transactions.
