Carlos is a Partner at Consortium Legal - Nicaragua with more than 25 years of experience in investment projects and acquisitions in the agribusiness, real estate, financial, and retail sectors in Nicaragua. He provides strategic advice on tax, real estate, and corporate matters in major transactions and contracts for foreign investors as well as large and medium-sized companies operating in the country.

He has participated in numerous projects and acquisitions, including corporate and financial restructurings in the agribusiness and energy sectors involving assets of more than US$250,000,000. He has also advised on regional financings, due diligence processes for the acquisition of banks and factories, real estate acquisitions for foreign investors, and large-scale residential real estate projects.
