He has broad experience in the case management of all manner of criminal lawsuits, especially offenses against public finance, offenses relating to business secrets, financial and corporate offenses, offenses against workers' rights (particularly those deriving from occupational accidents), planning and zoning offenses, and offenses against administration of government.

He has also participated in processes for pardons and has worked on corporate compliance programs.

He also provides recurring advice on Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts, and on Mergers and Acquisitions, with a particular focus on contracts, due diligence reviews and the sale and purchase of companies, assets and businesses.

In civil and commercial matters, he has participated in lawsuits relating to contracts and obligations, debt claims, noncontractual liability, construction, intellectual and industrial property, corporate law and unfair competition, among others.
