Carlos has participated in multiple M&A cases, both nationally and regionally, in various industries (including metals, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and raw materials), from due diligence processes, contract preparation, transaction structuring and closing, assisting both buyers and sellers. He has also assisted in corporate and project financing and refinancing processes, with international and national financiers for various industries (including renewable energy generation, aeronautics, sugar), as well as in the issuance of sovereign bonds in international markets under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

He has also participated and advised clients in complex arbitration proceedings, both before national arbitration centres and before the ICC Court of Arbitration.
