Carley Horner is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare and Economic Development practice groups.

Carley has a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she was senior editor of the Law & Psychology Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. She also graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. (magna cum laude) in Public Policy Leadership, where she was a member of the Sally McDonald Barksdale Honors College.
