Carla joined LE A in 2022, with more than a decade of experience in labor law, specifically in administrative, judicial, and labor litigation. Throughout her career, she has handled collective oil industry contracts, as well as substantive labor laws and occupational health and safety laws. Her experience has been focused on providing comprehensive advice, both from a preventive standpoint, through consultations and legal opinions, and from a practical standpoint, through participation in judicial and administrative proceedings in labor matters. She also has experience in litigation involving workplace accidents and occupational illnesses.
