Carla is a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice. She has over 15 years' experience, with a focus on civil and commercial litigation, including corporate restructuring, insolvency and arbitration. She has recently gained experience in representing clients in product liability cases and class actions.

In addition to her experience in complex litigation, most of which is international and multidisciplinary in nature, Carla also has experience in advising clients in pre-litigation scenarios.

More recently, she has worked closely with clients in the transport and energy sectors, as well as investment funds and financial institutions.

The author of several publications, Carla holds a master's degree in legal sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. She attended a postgraduate course in arbitration at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and in corporate governance at the same faculty.
