Carla Daniels is a principal associate in the Tax practice area.

She has extensive experience in the provision of tax advice in relation to business restructuring operations (M&A) and refinancing projects, with a special focus on real estate taxation issues. She has also been involved in tax advisory engagements of international scope.

In addition, she provides tax advice on an ongoing basis to a variety of companies from different sectors of activity (real estate, insurance, private equity), on matters relating to both direct and indirect taxation.

Carla Daniels is a member of the Cataluña Association of Economists.
