Profile
Carl Sundberg works with commercial disputes and acts as counsel in both court and arbitration proceedings. He also has court experience from his service as law clerk at Stockholm District Court and before that he was part of Delphi's Transactions-team, with a focus in the area of Venture Capital.
In addition to dispute resolution, he also works with anti-corruption issues and independent investigations in case of suspected irregularities.
