Cándida Ferris Villanueva is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice area and in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice area.

She specializes in insolvency and has been involved in numerous restructuring and refinancing processes. She has experience in managing some of the most high-profile insolvency cases in the Autonomous Community of Andalucía. She has also provided advice to creditors in countless insolvency proceedings.

She provides recurring advice to companies and company directors on corporate proceedings (such as challenges to corporate resolutions and directors' liability).

She also has experience in providing legal advice to companies responsible for the management of real estate complexes (in particular, the case management of evictions and debt recovery proceedings).

Every year since 2013, she has lectured on the Advanced Master's Degree in the Legal Profession at Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Seville) and on the business law course organized by the law faculty of that same university.

She has also lectured on the Master's Degree in Legal Counseling for Businesses at Instituto de Estudios Cajasol.

Cándida Ferris Villanueva has been a member of the Seville Bar Association since 2007.
