Camilla Flatum has extensive experience with shipping and offshore-related transactions, including financing.

She has a long and extensive experience with shipping and offshore transactions and assists project finance groups as well as shipowners, brokers, and financial institutions in connection with the purchase and sale of ships, ship financing, chartering, negotiating shipbuilding contracts and with the process of ship registration. She also assists banks and other financial institutions with the drafting and negotiation of all types of loan and security documents related to shipping and offshore.

Previously, she worked for Nordic Trustee AS and also Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), specializing in fixed income securities and bonds.
