David Kinder is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 33 years of experience representing individuals and companies involved in a diverse range of industries with complex and high stakes litigation matters. He has also spent significant time counseling clients on land use issues, construction contract issues, and has represented numerous hospitals, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and managed healthcare organizations.
