Mr. Byung Jae SHIN is a partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Criminal Defense Litigation, General Civil Disputes, Criminal & Compliance (C&C), Corporate, Blockchain, Public Sector Relations, the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, and Immigration and Nationality Services.

Mr. Shin's considerable track record is based on his experience handling criminal cases at the prosecutors' office, the National Assembly, the executive branch, etc., for 15 years.
