Brian Sabare is an Associate at ENS in Kenya.

Brian specialises in tax, corporate and dispute resolution law.

His experience includes advising on tax dispute resolutions, tax advisory, tax structuring, and providing legal opinions on complex tax matters.

In addition, Brian is also experienced in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. He has advised clients in the banking, manufacturing, logistics, renewable energy, and financial services sectors and/or industries.
