Brian A. Weikel is an Attorney in the Firm's San Francisco office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. His practice emphasizes complex commercial litigation, white-collar defense and investigations, real estate litigation, and trade secrets.

During law school, Brian was a Member of the Moot Court Board and Executive Notes Editor of UC Law Journal (formerly, Hastings Law Journal).

Prior to law school, Brian was a paralegal for over seven years.  He assisted dozens of clients, from startups to Fortune 100 companies in the high-tech, biomedical, and entertainment industries.  Brian is devoted to providing efficient, pragmatic solutions to established businesses and entrepreneurs.
