Profile
Brandon Bundren is a trial lawyer representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. His clients range from small businesses to publicly traded companies. Brandon is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Texas.
While Brandon handles a variety of complex commercial cases, he focuses his practice on intellectual property and competitive practices litigation, including noncompete, trade secrets, patent, trademark, copyright, and similar unfair competition matters. Brandon is a published author on the subject of noncompetition agreements and is a frequent speaker on unfair competition matters both to in-house counsel and to various associations, including the Tennessee Intellectual Property Association, American Intellectual Property Association, and the Nashville Bar Association.
In addition to his intellectual property and competitive practices experience, Brandon also has significant experience handling a variety of other types of complex cases, including business divorces, class actions, products liability, securities, and real estate matters.
Brandon has been listed in Texas Super Lawyers or Mid-South Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in Business Litigation on numerous occasions. He also has been listed in The Best Lawyers of America since 2024 for Commercial and Intellectual Property Litigation. Brandon has twice been honored for his pro bono work by being named an “Attorney for Justice” by the Tennessee Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission. Brandon is also a Rule 31 Listed Mediator in the field of General Civil Mediation under Rule 31 of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
