Bradley is a Principal Associate in the Birmingham Real Estate Litigation team who has experience in a wide range of property disputes including lease renewals (both opposed and unopposed), break notices, dilapidations, injunctions, forfeiture proceedings, tenant insolvency, service charge disputes and enforcement of lease covenants. 

Bradley acts for a range of clients but has extensive experience acting for retail clients, both from a landlord and tenant perspective.
