Bradley is a Principal Associate in the Birmingham Real Estate Litigation team who has experience in a wide range of property disputes including lease renewals (both opposed and unopposed), break notices, dilapidations, injunctions, forfeiture proceedings, tenant insolvency, service charge disputes and enforcement of lease covenants.Bradley acts for a range of clients but has extensive experience acting for retail clients, both from a landlord and tenant perspective.Bradley qualified in March 2016 and joined Shoosmiths in January 2022.
