Borut Leskovec is a partner and member of the dispute resolution unit. He advises and represents clients in the most demanding commercial disputes and works in the fields of the law of obligations, corporate, property, civil and insolvency law. He specializes in public procurement, advising and representing clients and bidders in various fields, including major infrastructure projects. He has several years of experience in solving complex shareholder and owner relations, and in providing legal support in real estate management. He focuses on constructive dispute resolution and finding the best solution for the client in the long term.
