Borja de Carlos is a senior associate in Garrigues Intellectual Property Department, where he has pursued his professional career. He specializes in providing technical advisory services in connection with the creation, processing and management of patents, both domestic and international, pursuant to patent grant procedures at the Spanish Patents and Trademarks Office, EPO and USPTO, as well as the PCT procedure. He also specializes in drafting patentability, invalidity and infringement reports.
