Since 2010, Blanca Rodríguez Piñero has been a partner in Garrigues' Litigation and Arbitration Department, where she has pursued her entire professional career. She specializes in defense and case management in civil and corporate/commercial litigation: obligations and contracts, noncontractual liability, business law (challenging corporate resolutions, director liability and other disputes among shareholders), side agreements, financial product-related litigation, unfair competition, exequatur enforcement of foreign rulings, etc.

She also acts regularly before jurisdictional bodies and arbitration courts, in both domestic proceedings (Arbitration Court of the Madrid and Seville Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Civil and Mercantile Court of Arbitration, etc.), and international arbitrations (ICC, Zurich Chamber of Commerce).

She has been a member of the Seville Bar Association since 1997.

She is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences staged both by the Firm and other specialized centers. She is on the teaching staff of the Master's Degree in Law at Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Seville and has taught classes at Instituto de Estudios Jurídicos y Empresariales CAJASOL and on the Postgraduate Course in Business Law, offered by Centro de Estudios Garrigues, in collaboration with Harvard Law School.
