She has extensive experience in all legal aspects concerning real estate investments, in particular, sales and acquisitions of real estate assets (asset deals, share deals, forwarding funding and sale and lease back transactions), development, construction, leasing and financing thereof.

She has advised in numerous transactions involving the acquisition, development and leasing of logistic buildings, office buildings, residential developments, hotels, student residences, shopping malls, etc., and future divestment thereof, acting for a wide range of clients, including national and international investors, investment funds, real estate companies, developers, financial institutions, construction and real estate management companies, as well as leading institutions and corporate clients.

In year 2017, Blanca Jiménez Aparicio worked in the Garrigues New York office, as part of the International Training Program of the firm.
