Begoña Iglesias Rayo is a principal associate in the Real Estate, Planning and Zoning, and Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts practices and is a member of the Tourism & Hotels industry group.

Begoña Iglesias Rayo has extensive expertise in advising on due diligence reviews, the sale and purchase of shares and/or assets, corporate restructuring processes and providing general advice on all areas of business law, including recurring corporate law advice. Her areas of expertise notably include real estate, planning and zoning, as well as tourism in general and the hotel industry in particular. She has advised numerous Spanish and international companies in this industry and also acts as secretary to the corporate bodies of such companies.

She is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences held by the Firm.
