Begoña de Frutos is the partner in charge of the Firm's Labor and Employment Department in the Basque Country, where she has spent her entire professional career following a period at Arthur Andersen.

She has extensive experience of providing labor law advice to companies in all areas relating to labor and employment and social security law, having taken part in numerous litigations, labor restructuring processes, reorganizations and merger and integration processes, collective layoffs and collective bargaining processes.

Member of the Vizcaya Bar Association, she is a regular speaker on numerous courses, conferences and seminars organized by the Firm or other specialized centers (APD, Aranzadi, etc.) relating to labor and employment and social security law and, above all, in relation to corporate restructuring processes.

She regularly contributes to specialist labor and employment law forums together with other legal professionals such as senior labor court judges, labor inspectors, academics, etc.
