Beatriz Moroy joined the firm in 2010 and is a principal associate of the Tax practice at the Madrid office.

She has extensive experience in the provision of recurring tax advisory services to numerous companies, advising on all tax areas required, on Spanish investments abroad and foreign investments in Spain in particular, and on corporate income tax matters in general.

She also provides recurring advice in relation to the tax implications of restructuring processes and acquisitions, analyzing and implementing national and international investment and divestment structures. She has advised private equity firms on M&A transactions, having been involved on numerous occasions in the structuring of the acquisition of companies, businesses and assets and in the reorganization of the group.

Beatriz also advises on tax management and inspection proceedings, as well as economic-administrative and judicial review proceedings conducted before the Spanish courts.

In 2016-2017, Beatriz was seconded to Luxembourg firm Atoz as part of the International Training Program promoted by the firm. Thanks to her participation in the program, Beatriz has acquired a high degree of expertise in international taxation, advising both Luxembourg companies and companies in other jurisdictions.

Beatriz collaborates with Centro de Estudios Garrigues and other centers on courses on accounting, new tax developments and other matters.

Beatriz is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
