Beatriz Cuevas is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law department of Garrigues, where she has spent most of her professional career. She specializes in corporate law and commercial contracts, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She has taken part in several major M&A transactions in Málaga in recent years.

She also has a wealth of experience in structuring and implementing transnational corporate transactions and negotiating international agreements, providing advice in coordination with lawyers from other jurisdictions.

Her clients mainly operate in the food and consumer products, franchise, tourism, online gaming and digital business sectors. She also assists various multinationals with a presence in Spain and provides regular advice to family business groups, acting as board secretary to a number of them.
