Profile
Basil Tanner is an associate in the Real Estate Team of Walder Wyss. He advises clients in all areas of construction and real estate law and represents them before courts and authorities. In addition to real estate, his preferred areas of practice include corporate and contract law.
Basil Tanner studied law at the University of Bern (BLaw 2021, MLaw 2023). Prior to joining Walder Wyss as an attorney, he also worked as a trainee lawyer at Walder Wyss and as a junior law clerk at the Regional Court Bern-Mittelland in Bern. He was admitted to the bar in 2025.
Basil Tanner practices in both German and English. He also speaks French.
