Bailee B. Pelham is a Litigation Associate in the Firm's Orange County office and a member of the Products Liability practice group. Her practice focuses on product liability defense and commercial litigation, general liability, regulatory compliance, and client counseling. Ms. Pelham's expertise spans across consumer class actions, the preservation of trade secrets and confidential information in the context of e-discovery, and establishing strategies to prevent and defend California's Proposition 65 claims. Her experience in commercial litigation has included routinely helping clients defend against Consumer Legal Remedies Act, false advertising, and unfair business practices claims. Ms. Pelham has experience litigating cases in courts all over California, in both state and federal courts. She has handled cases from pre-litigation through settlement.

Ms. Pelham also spends considerable time helping clients prevent litigation and apply best practices to comply with regulatory obligations. Ms. Pelham works closely with clients to navigate compliance with California Proposition 65 and advance the discussion around trends in PFAS claims. She has experience guiding clients through investigations and regulatory matters involving key agencies such as the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), California's Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Attorney General investigations.
