Dr. Osterman is an associate in FBC's Corporate Department. He provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on technology and life sciences, private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.



Prior to joining FBC, Dr. Osterman was an associate in a leading Tel Aviv law firm.



Dr. Osterman received his doctorate in 2013 from Duke Law School in the field of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on mass digitization and international intellectual property law.
