Mrs. Shimon-Many is an associate in the Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on the hi-tech, life sciences, and medical device sectors, with an emphasis on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property issues.



Mrs. Shimon-Many represents companies from their start-up phase to their exits, providing counsel in early and late-round investments, in a broad range of commercial transactions, including sophisticated licensing arrangements, and in exits ranging from M&A transactions to IPOs in Israel and abroad.



Among Mrs. Shimon-Many's clients are entrepreneurs, start-ups and mature companies, traditional industrial companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and Israeli and foreign investors. Mrs. Shimon-Many has also represented founders and entrepreneurs and their start-up companies that were acquired in significant exit transactions.
