Xabier Urtiaga Valle is a partner in Garrigues' Corporate/Commercial Law Department with over 9 years of professional experience.
Xabier has extensive experience advising clients on banking and finance matters, having participated in all kinds of financing and refinancing transactions as an adviser to both lenders and borrowers.
In addition, Xabier advises clients on corporate acquisitions and restructurings, providing recurring commercial law advice (including corporate and contractual aspects), which has enabled him, without losing his specialization in the financial sector, to have a broad view of commercial transaction as a whole.
Xabier is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
