Victoria Cabezos Díez is a senior associate in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts practice.

She has extensive expertise in providing commercial and corporate advice to groups and domestic and international companies operating in different sectors, as well as in advising on transactions involving structural modifications, such as mergers and spin-offs, including cross-border intra-Community transactions.

She also provides recurring advice on corporate matters in M&A transactions and internal restructuring processes undertaken by these entities, and has been actively involved in their financing and refinancing processes.

Victoria Cabezos Díez is a member of the Valencia Bar Association.
