Víctor Chiquero Mielgo is a partner of the Corporate/Commercial Law department in Madrid. He was a resident associate at the London office from 2008 to 2009.

Within the M&A and private equity practice, he advises domestic and international private equity firms and industrial operators on the sale and purchase of companies. He has assisted in domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide range of industries including the financial services, packaging, transportation, medical services, food and beverage, leisure, engineering and industrial components industries.

As a member of the Distressed M&A - Investment Funds team, he advises international hedge funds and other distressed operators on the sale and purchase of assets (including secondary transactions), insolvent (or near insolvent) companies, and platforms, as well as on post-acquisition reorganization processes.

Additionally, he provides corporate and contractual advice to several Spanish companies and international groups with subsidiaries in Spain.

He lectures on the Master's Degree in Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and on the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).
