Profile
Vasilis is a Senior Associate practising in the corporate and commercial department of the firm. He specialises in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, due diligence reports, legal opinions, and providing general corporate advice. He also has significant experience in multi-million financing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Vasilis trained and worked in the London corporate team of one of the world's largest international law firms, where he also qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. There he gained extensive experience in managing complex multi-jurisdictional transactions.
