Ulrich Weidemann is an equity partner in HEUKING's Frankfurt office. He specialises in national and cross-border M&A transactions, including carve-out transactions, private equity, and corporate law (including foundation law). He also advises on capital market transactions (ECM, IPOs, capital increases), capital market law issues (Market Abuse Regime, securities trading, stock exchange law) and venture capital. His industry focus is on IT (cloud, software, SaaS, cybersecurity), defense, transport & logistics (aviation, land), and healthcare services.
