Dedicated labor and employment counsel
Tyler Roth advises employers of all sizes on employment-related issues ranging from day-to-day counseling to complex litigation. Having previously provided in-house legal counseling, Tyler understands the need for clear and effective guidance from an employer's outside counsel. He also has extensive experience in conducting workplace investigations and providing guidance to higher education institutions regarding Act 10 and various DEI initiatives. Tyler also has managed all aspects of litigation, from written discovery and depositions to dispositive motions and trial.
Tyler is actively involved in the firm's pro bono efforts, including as co-chair of the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin Guardianship Clinic.
